Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Assessment output is only as good as the answers behind it.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian, to use the service.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service to provide clinical advice to third parties.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or change features. We will not intentionally delete your assessment or progress data without notice, but you should keep your own copies of anything you consider critical.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scalp Renewal is provided on an as-is basis and we are not liable for outcomes arising from your use of the guidance it produces.
