How long before I see anything?

Hair grows slowly. Shedding usually settles first, often around weeks 4–8. Visible density change realistically takes four to six months of consistent use.

Who can see my scalp photos?

Only you. Photos live in a private storage bucket keyed to your account, and are served through short-lived signed links that expire after an hour.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Delete individual check-ins from your progress timeline, or ask us from the contact page to remove your account and everything attached to it.

How do I take comparable photos?

Same light, same part line, same distance, same time of day. Natural window light beats bathroom downlights, which exaggerate scalp show-through.

When should I see a doctor instead?

Sudden patchy loss, scarring or shiny scalp areas, pain, sores, or hair loss with fatigue and weight change all warrant a clinician. So does any loss that starts after a new medication.

Can I combine this with minoxidil or finasteride?

Many people do, but that is a conversation for your prescriber. Do not stop a prescribed treatment to start a regimen here.

Are essential oils safe on the scalp?

Only diluted. Keep essential oils at 1–2% in a carrier such as avocado oil, patch-test first, and avoid peppermint oil in pregnancy.
