What we collect

Account data: your email address and, if you provide one, a display name.

Assessment data: your selections for hair loss category, severity, symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and treatment preference, plus any notes you write.

Progress data: your check-in entries (shedding, regrowth, adherence, notes) and any scalp photos you upload.

Support data: the name, email and message you submit through the contact form.

How your scalp photos are stored

Photos are stored in a private bucket. They are not public, are not indexed, and are readable only through short-lived links generated for your own signed-in session.

No other account can list, view or download your photos. We do not use your photos for training, marketing or research.

How we use your data

To generate your leveled regimen, show your progress timeline, and keep you signed in.

To respond when you contact us. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Access control

Every record is protected by row-level access rules keyed to your account. A signed-in user can only read and write their own assessment, profile, progress entries and photos.

Retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account exists. You can clear your assessment answers and delete individual progress entries and photos at any time from within the app.

To delete your account and everything attached to it, contact us and we will action it. Deleting your account removes your profile, assessment, progress entries and stored photos.
