What the homeopathic approach actually involves

6 min read

Constitutional remedies, potencies, and how a leveled regimen is staged over months.

Constitutional versus topical

Constitutional selection matches the remedy to the whole picture: pattern of loss, triggers, temperament, sleep, digestion and stress response. Topicals act locally on the scalp environment.

Combined programs run both, staged so you can tell which lever is doing the work.

Potency and staging

Lower potencies (6C) are used more frequently for stabilisation. Mid potencies (30C) are typical during the stimulation phase. Higher potencies (200C) are used sparingly and less often during restoration.

Levels 1 through 5 run roughly 4–12 weeks each. You do not skip levels because progress looks fast — the staging exists so that a plateau is diagnostic.

Set expectations correctly

Shedding usually stabilises before regrowth appears. A realistic first milestone is reduced shedding by week 8, visible vellus regrowth by month 4, and measurable density change by month 6–9.

Homeopathic care is complementary. It does not replace dermatological treatment for scarring or autoimmune disease.
